HCRG Workforce Solutions grows healthcare staffing business in London with major new contract award
HCRG Workforce Solutions is now the exclusive provider of temporary clinical staff for Chelsea and Westminster NHS Foundation Trust and The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust, following the award of a Master Vendor contract to the business.
Under the new agreement, HCRG Workforce Solutions will provide agency nurses, health care assistants and medical locums to the Trust where needed to add additional capacity or provide cover for sickness and recruitment gaps.
The company’s contract will reduce administration, time to hire and provide detailed reporting to the Trust allowing them to manage service, rotas and budgets more effectively.
The agreement replaces a range of agreements the Trust had with various suppliers, simplifying the processes for managers and clinicians alike.
HCRG Workforce Solutions expects to provide around two million hours of staffing to the trusts per year over the next three years. Under the agreement, the company will provide the staff at or under the rates set by NHS England, ensuring good value for money.
