Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board appoints HCRG Workforce Solutions to deliver its new Medical Staff Bank

HCRG Workforce Solutions is pleased to announce its partnership with Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board (CTM), becoming the new provider of the Health Board’s Medical Staff Bank from 6 July 2026, with technology powered by Patchwork.

The new Medical Staff Bank will provide doctors with a modern, flexible and easy-to-use platform for booking and managing locum shifts, while helping the Health Board strengthen its workforce through a more efficient and sustainable staffing solution.

Working closely with CTM throughout mobilisation, HCRG Workforce Solutions has completed extensive service design and planning to ensure a smooth transition for bank members and hiring managers. The partnership combines HCRG Workforce Solutions’ expertise in workforce management with Patchwork’s market-leading technology to deliver an improved experience for clinicians and managers.

The new service has been designed to simplify shift management, improve workforce visibility and support safe, high-quality patient care, while minimising disruption during the transition.
